GIRLS NIGHT!!!

So my Oldest friend...and by oldest I mean the friend I have had the longest...Kristen came to Columbus on Saturday night to have a "girls night" with me! I was so excited because we haven't had a "girls night" since our first summer in Phoenix (2006). She has a little one and, well I'm sure I'll find out, those "girls nights" are few and far between!!
While she was here she helped me and Jacob make the cast of my belly! This is something I really wanted to do as a momento of my pregnancy!! We laughed so hard and had such a great time! It really turned out well!!

Then it was PEDICURE time!! YAY!! Do you know how long it's been since I had a pedi? I mean seriously!! We laughed so hard again...

There were a few too many bubbles in the foot massage thingy...but oh well! The pedicure was AMAZING and I had pretty piggies for my shower the next day!

I was so glad that she was able to come. Thanks Kris for all of the memories!! I love you so much!! :)

Build a...Monkey?

Yes, that's precicely it! We went to Build-A-Bear to see our good friend Dez. She helped us build a...ahem, Monkey! We debated and decided a monkey would fit our little one best! The Monkey's gender? Unknown, just like our little one...so we named the monkey LOVEY because, well just because really! Isn't it adorable??

We even put the baby's heartbeat in Lovey's belly...Thanks Dez for helping us create such a WONDERFUL memory!! We love you!!!

Baby Shower...ahh!

Well we have offically hit 36 weeks and are in the "home stretch"...or is that just baby stretching...yes probably! Life has been good and we are having a ball!!

I had my first baby shower and it was so much fun! Mom suggested a fun activity called "guess the gender" by having each guest buy us a small little gift that would indicate which gender the guests thought we were going to have. We got all kinds of pink and blue and the vote was nearly 50/50!

Thanks Han, Em and Mom for such a SPECIAL shower. I really enjoyed it!! It was a WONDERFUL day! I love you so much!
