The Journey to Solid Foods...
I am told it begins with Rice Cereal...so we decided to take the plunge and try it out! Lucas is really picking up on it well...and I am convinced he will be a CHAMP at it!!
Awesome! I was so worried that Z wasn't eating enough - but then my pediatrician reminded me it's not for nutrition yet, it's to learn how to eat. I relaxed after that and just let him have fun :)
